After months of research, I finally ended up going with RV Park Model Traders for my first PMRV purchase for my ranch in Southern California. We purchased a RV Park Model home from RV Park Model Traders and couldn't be more pleased. Kevin our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery was made on time and the driver, Scott kept us informed along the way. He also did a fantastic job getting the home to our site. The installation crew followed up the very next day with a nice install. RV Park Model Traders did everything they said they would, on time, and even went above and beyond with some items. If you're reasonable you will have a great experience and I highly recommend RV Park Model Traders as a dealer. Our purchase was of a Cavco home and we have had a few minor issues. After the installation we periodically got a strong sewer gas odor inside. It was difficult to trace because it was not always present. I finally pulled the toilet and found the wax ring seal partially crushed from an improper install. A new wax ring and no more odor. We also had a bad GFCI outlet that I had to replace. And then there was way too many paint splatters and caulk smears that had to be cleaned up. Apparently Cavco homes never heard of a drop cloth. These were minor but frustrating issues. The construction of the home and the materials used were of good quality. Overall we are so happy with our purchase!

We purchased a Park Model from RV Park Model Traders. Scotty, the delivery driver, was amazing. The process to order a custom unit was a bit challenging. We were trying to communicate what we wanted, remotely, and some things were missed. All in all, we are very satisfied with the service, and quality. We love our Dutchman Park model! RV Park Model produces a great product, the wait time can be approximate, so if your in a hurry and expect it to arrive exactly on time then I suggest you choose a lesser quality company that might or might not get it there on time but I can assure you no other company will stand behind their work like RV Park Model, they are worth the wait. 5 Stars for Quality, Communication and Support!

We are in the preliminary stages of considering a park model home. Brad was very nice and helpful without any pressure. They have several models on the lot but only a few loft models (what we want) but nothing configured exactly the way we want it (to be understood). Our questions were answered. We felt treated well and comfortable enough to go back when we get deeper in the process.

We found the entire experience with RVPMT a pleasant one from the minute we drove on the lot, to the delivery and setup of our park model. The entire staff of Mike (salesman), Scott (delivery driver) and setup crew along with the other staff members was helpful, knowledgeable of their product and always eager to assist us with our million questions! Phone messages were answered promptly and great customer service continues 3 weeks after delivery! We highly recommend this company if you are looking to purchase a quality, comfortable park model!!!

Our experience with Mike Reeb was fantastic from start to finish. The entire process of finding the right model, buying it and then delivering it to our location 4 hours away went very smooth. It was delivered one day and the next day a setup crew came in and had it hooked up and ready to live in. A couple days later the furnace and AC crew came in and finished. Everyone was very professional, polite and worked very quickly. We are also very happy with the home we picked out. We would recommend RV Park Model Traders to anyone.

This place is awesome! Travis Wilson showed me a number of homes and different floor plans that they offer. They have many homes for you to look at right on the lot. My favorite was the model that looks like a cabin on the inside with a loft. If you are looking for a park model ( tiny home) this is definitely the place to get one. Go see them and ask for Travis. He will help you find the right home for you!

From Start to Finish top notch professional effortless service. My husband and I are located in northern California. My husband had been researching tiny homes for well over a year, every time being told by various companies that due to Covid a wait time of 6 months plus had to be factored in. Then, my husband came upon RV Park Model Traders, telephoned them as they have a number of completed tiny homes on their lot, one of which we liked. Danielle became our contact person and couldn't have been more professional, "on it" accommodating and genuinely nice. We picked out a mutually agreeable delivery week, and with the trucking company they work with, it was delivered per scheduled day. The trucking company was amazing as well. We were kept informed on a continuum from start to finish. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the purchase from RV Park Model Traders, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
